Chennai: Last week, the food safety officials had seized 2,000 Kg of meat at the Chennai Egmore Railway Station suspecting that it may be dog’s meat brought to be sold illegally as goat’s meat to hotels. But, a test of the sample at Chennai Government Veterinary College has proved that it was goat’s meat only.
